Having more than 22 years of experience in the reclamation industry, Ron helps customers develop erosion control and reclamation solutions. His extensive problem-solving skills help to ensure cost savings, efficiency measures, and the proper implementation of cost-effective erosion control methods. Ron's extensive experience secures Down to Earth Compliance's position at the forefront of the erosion control and reclamation industry in the western United States. 1996 - 2003 American Civil Constructors, Littleton, Colorado. Reclamation Manager. Responsibilities included sales, cost estimating, and project management for the company’s reclamation division, including seeding, erosion control, and wetland mitigation projects. Mr. Dean also oversaw personnel issues, scheduling, and problem solving on ACC’s reclamation projects.
1993 - 1996 Western States Reclamation, Broomfield, Colorado. Estimator. Responsibilities included cost estimating and project management for landscaping, seeding, erosion control, and wetland mitigation projects.
