Rick joined DTEC in September of 2000 as an installer; he knows the business. Rick often begins a sentence with "this may be a dumb idea, but....." When he starts that way, you better be ready for some keen insight that can only come from a Nebraska farm boy who really knows his stuff. His Ah Shucks style epitomizes the Down to Earth Culture.

Rick has a Bachelors Degree in Education. He grew up on a farm in south central Nebraska and moved to Denver in 1994. Rick is married and has five children. In addition to family activities, he also serves on numerous church committees.
