Redundancy
It is a beautiful thing....... if you got paid to install this and repair your work.
Time and time again, our competition is more than happy to install ineffective and unnecessary BMPS. Two rows of poorly installed fence are twice as good if you get paid to repair them but they did nothing to prevent sediment from entering the storm drain. It is a pain that keeps on giving.
