Job Information

The Team Leader is responsible for running a team of 2-5 members and delivering excellent experiences to our clients..  Are you able to communicate with the clients on site? Do you like to coordinate the efforts of a close knit team?  Our Team Leads work side by side with our installers, but also record and report billable activity, evaluate control measures used on a project, and assist our clients in meeting their erosion control needs. Ability to effectively solve problems is key.  Responsible for taking care of truck, trailer, and equipment.  Expect hard, physical labor outside.

  • Must be able to speak English. Bilingual is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen; DTEC is a drug-free workplace.
